The backyard remodeling was a pretty big project. The main thing was the pool. We had a big pool and wanted to build a jacuzzi and baja area inside and refacing the whole pool. They came out,showed us similar projects they have done and then we decided to get a design from them so we can see how the yard is going to look like. After some modifications of the design and permits from the city we started the project. When we bought our new home earlier this year, it had an unfinished three level concrete hole in the hillside ground which had been left dormant for over 12 years. He was very quick to size up the situation, quote a reasonable price, finalize a reasonable contract, pull the permits, help with designing a clean modern look, and pool all his resources together to get the pool done fairly quickly. Ran is a stand up guy who will do the right thing by you and who stands up for the quality of his work. He is incredibly patient and customer service oriented. Infinity recently completed a comprehensive backyard project for me including an ipe wood fence atop a stucco wall, very complex TimberTech deck surrounding a large in ground zero edge gunnite spa, outdoor kitchen, patio, porch, smooth stucco on all rear facing house walls, gas lines, electrical work, and installation of a restaurant grade ceiling mounted radiant heater. Infinify worked with me iteratively and quickly on the design, including 3D renderings and a virtual 360 degree walk through completed in only a couple of weeks. They stuck to their estimate with only a couple of minor change orders along the way, which were fairly priced. Ran even helped me find/source finishing materials. He and his team also worked well with my landscape architect and her crew to coordinate on placement of irrigation and gas lines plus low voltage lines for lighting. The backyard came out nearly identical to the renderings, and looks AMAZING. I highly recommend Ran/Infinity.
